It depends on various things.
Girls with small frames probably somewhere around 105-115 lb
Medium frames around 115-125ish
Large frames around 125-135

well ,i'm 47 -5'4'' and about 128lbs. but , i lost weight while doing a project last summer .I went from 140 lbs.seems like that weight was heavy on me.(mainly ,cause i don't exercise this tummy of mine) but,i worry when i get smaller ,because i have high cheek bones and i look anerxic (sorry) .my photos come out like i just got over the flu. i think age is important also,in the "ideal weight".

I think it depends completely on the girls build but i would say between 105 and 125 pounds depending on how the weight is distributed.

About 110 -120 according to your build, everyone is a little different. You could take five girls your height and all weigh the same but look totally different, it's weird I know but true, test it and you'll see what I mean. Bye !!!!

A healthy weight for that height is probubly around 125.

well im 5'3 1/2" and i weigh 109.and thats fine for me.but your ideal weight is what you and your doctor think.

If you're over 18 yrs. old - 115-130 is healthy.
Less than 115 and you won't look like a woman.
Just don't drop beneath a size 4. Breasts and hips are sexy. Your stomach will be flat, your legs will be killer, and you'll still have a little boobage and sexy hips to turn everyone's head.
