I've been having a pulled muscle for 2 weeks already & it won't go away! HELP PLEASE!

If it has been 3 weeks and has not healed, it sounds more like a tear...if so, see the doctor. If it is getting better, gentle stretching exercises should help...just give it time.

My doctor has had me use heat and cold.Use a heating pad for awhile and then later, switch to cold packs.Guess the cold kinda numbs it but the heat helps to relax the muscles.They will tense back up but if you switch back and forth it eventually helps. I tried "Sportscream" once and it really did help a little bit also. I could actually feel a bit of a tingle with it. It is the only thing like this that has ever helped at all. I don't think you are supposed to use creams with heating pads though. Check just to be sure.

Depending on which muscle you pulled or twisted usually ice the muscle down for say 20 mins off and on and if you dont have to use said muscle dont and wrapping it in a ace wrap might help as well

You need a physical therapist. They work wonders!
