I am an avid SimCity 4 player and I was wondering what type of laptop computer is best for gaming.

None kind of laptop. Desktops are best for gaming. If you really must use a laptop, get one with the best graphics.

Laptops are nice, but not for gaming. if it's power you're looking for, find a desktop. If you really need a laptop, then go with something with Windows XP on it, try to avoid Vista if you can. Dell has good support, and you can totally customize it how you want. The prices are really good compared to others, but be prepared to fork over some serious money anyway.

yea desktops are best for games, u can upgrade them wen new parts come out. sim city 4 is not a very taxing game, u can play it on almost any laptop. but if u want a gaming computer go with an alienware.

Toshiba makes the best laptops. I would highly recommend a Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092.

actually like the last post is a desktop..
if you saw these laptop for gaming,
they're huge, heavy, clunky and expensive...
