If you're less than 20, 21 months into your two-year contract you might have to pay full price for the phone... depending on the phone, that could be $150-$350.

If you want a new phone you have two choices. Buy one out right, for a hefty penny, or look for a used phone. There are several ways to acquire a used phone. The most popular is to search on EBay, next is to find a local swap meet and wheel and deal. Make sure if you buy used check the ESN or the Sim to make sure that it is not stolen.

Depends on your carrier, and what your looking for. Option on if your question is in regards to You have 2 phone and your wanting to swap them out. a good carrier will allow w/o contract changes. If your phone is broken and need a new one, hope you have insurance for a contact working for a auth dealer. Out of contract phone are extremely expensive.
