Whatever you do be consistent!!! You should be doing exercises every day, twice a day, three times a day, whenever you have time. Continue working on those splits: center, left, right. Start with holding them for 30 seconds on each. Then the next day hold them for a minute and so on. To improve jumps. Start in a deep plie' (bend of knees, legs apart) and then jump from there to your straddle (toetouch). It won't be very high, but if you are jumping from a lower position it will build more muscles and it will be easier to jump when not in plie'. Also sit in your center split one hand in front one in back and lift your leg slightly off the ground for reps of 10. (your legs will prob cramp and be sore stop. let them recover.) Do both sides. Then hands in center. Lift both legs at the same time slightly off of the ground. reps of 10
Also, just starting with feet together and simply jumping as high as you can (STRAIGHT LEGS) and landing can help with getting up high. Make sure to bend knees slightly when landing.
Jumps are all about the muscle. Thigh muscles especially, but also butt muscles, stomach muscles. Do anything you can to strengthen these muscles.
Toe touches are about getting up high as you can and then using your thigh muscles to snap your legs back together as fast as you can by the time you land.
It might be hard to do this in 7 days, but it is possible. GOOD LUCK!!!

Sit on floor and spread your legs as wide as possible. Lean forward, lean to the left, and lean to the left hold each for 30 secs.
Pull legs together into a Pike stretch. Lean your head as close to your knees as possible and point your toes; hold this for 30 secs. Repeat with flexed toes.
Lay on your back and do 10 kicks. On the 10th kick, hold it and pull it close to your head; hold for 30 secs. Pull leg, to the left and then to the right. Repeat with opposite leg.
Sit in split with a pillow or book underneath your front leg.
