never thumped a bible-- i'm not religious at all anymore. i've been raised jewish in a jewish home (conservative), but i've lost faith in God (none the less, i'm still a full-time jew =] )

Hmmm........... very much dislike bible thumpers. Never understood why someone would only read one book on religion and hold it as gospel.
If you had cancer would you only read one book to help you, or would you do research and read as many things as you possibly could to help you learn more about your situation?
