I just watch the news about another wrestler that has died from the same thing that chris has, and also by the same doctor.
Some people are blaming the chairman of WWE, while others are blaming the doctor.
I don't know what to think because I like WWE, but they have a very very bad boss who may be giving the wrestlers something that they shouldn't be taking.
I blame both, the doctor and the chairman of WWE

The WWE shouldn't be shut down. If it was it was just lead to other sports being shut down as well- can you imagine if 3 soccer stars died or became suicidal because of steroids? It would become more of an acceptable course of action to just suspend a team, sport, or facility.
As far as responsibility, these people took the drugs. A doctor can only do so much. If we put the entire blame on the doctor then we have to blame the pharmacist as well because he didn't do his job of safe-guarding.

No, Chris Benoit was my favorite wrestler. I herd on the news that Chris was on illegale drugs even though he had legail drugs in his house and alot of the wrestler r taking steroids. And that lady just died and I'm not sure but I think I herd that she was in the crazy house before.

There is no easy answer... but I believe that the people that take the steriods are the ones to blame for their own health issues. It's been known for years that they're not "good" for you, but people continue. I believe that's how Lyle Alzedo (sp), former player for the Old Oakland Raiders died... brain cancer from steriod use.
Granted, a doctor should not be prescribing illegal drugs & steroids to their patients, but it isn't their "fault" because the people that take them for their sport are responsible for their own actions as adults.
Of course, the industry at large should implement bans, since they haven't publicly done so in the past.
Just my humble opinion.
