DO not quit until you have a new job lined up. or you will have no income

I kindof know what you are talking about cause the same thing happened to me. If you got a new job, tell them you will be making more money. Is there a reason you don't like this job? I would tell them if someone has harrassed you or what the real reason is. If you are staying there because you don't want to inconvenience your boss, don't let that stop you, he/she gets paid to fill in when people leave. Be strong!
