I agree, thumbstalkers suck. If you know who it is, block them immediately. Eventually, their disdain escalates and they may start reporting you. They need to be stopped, or at least controlled.

I've noticed some automatically give everyone who answered before them. A thumbs down. Even to good answers. Pay no mind to people like that. They are just envious because they don't have enough brains, to give a decent answer even to simple questions. They should just go vote. If they don't want to be bothered with reading questions and writing answers. If you know who it is just block them.

I 'd like to say that I think who ever is doing that is a coward. We are not on this Q&A to try & destroy someone's confidence. We are supposed to be trying to help each other with things that we need answers for. I have met, through the Q&A process, some very nice people. I bet you are one of them. And to whoever is doing this to you, I say, just grow up & move along.

Sweetie...go to your page where you set up your preferences and make your answers and questions private. That way, no loser can troll through what you've done to give you thumbs down or to report you for anything you say. There are serious losers on here...just fix the setting. I had to do it, too.

that is the beauty of a computer screen... they can insult and be mean all they want with no consequence except MAYBE being deleted....... screw those who dont like you ... do they really matter??? noo... just concentrate on the ones who DO like you.... these mean people are only looking for a reaction... dont stoop to their level and give them one.

Thumbs down troll come and go. I get them sometimes too. I don't really mind if they thumb me down, but not everyone who answer my questions... that's just not right.
