Pamper him... Give him a bath, massage, sex, food, than sex again, shower together, get drunk together and have sex again...

Instead of getting drunk, why don't you guys have a second honeymoon? Go to a nice hotel, and have a romantic evening together, candlelight dinner, etc, etc...maybe a room with a hot tub or something..... even if it's just for one night, it could be a hotel in your town or a town nearby, a getaway is always a nice change from the ordinary!

Um why get him drunk? That seems pretty uncool, personally I think he should want to remember each bday. So just take him to a concert or make him a nice dinner and stay in and have a little wine or something with your meal or when snuggly up on the couch or something. Don't just get him drunk that be even more of a waste than doing nothing.
