yes they do! my cousin got bit by one and he had to get a shot it his belly for 21 days

Yes, Pokemon are dangerous. Especially Pikachu. They get their electrical energy by eating batteries all day. So that means you just got injected with what's in a Battery. Like Mercury. It's not Rabies...but it's not good.
