i have a 4gb i pod but want a 30gb for 50$ extra

YES! I've had my video 30gb ipod for a couple years and I love it. I couldn't imagine having a nano. One thing you should also buy is the applecare warranty. It's nice if your a pyro like me.

Earlier this year I upgraded from a 4gb iPod mini to a 30gb iPod video and I have no regrets... it's so much better. Make the move.

I suspect the battieries will go dead much faster in a 30gb vs a 4gb, you might want to research that.

yeh u can get up to 7500 songs on the 30gb version nd u can get videos,movies,nd t.v shows if ur talkin about the video ipod

the space sounds really tempting but theres no way u could fill up a 80 GB ipod with only music, the only reason they have it because of movie lovers and the average movie takes up3 to 4 GB. but if ur a music fan then get a 30GB but if u love movies then get the 80 GB

Yes, definitely! I have the 60GB fifth generation ipod, and I put so many movies on it that it's almost full. The good thing is that I'm never bored on long car rides or at work!

it depends because i would save money because its easy to recharge the battery but if you use your iPod a lot and/or you listen to a lot of songs then get then get the 30gb.

Yes totally 30 gb will store more then enough music and pictures then you will need and might not run out of music download space anytime soon.

no but you can get a creative zen vision m and not pay any more money...its better than a nano for the same price!!!(it has the same features as an ipod video plus more)
