Is there a another way to catch it without a masterball it want it badly

Put a Crobat (or Goldbat) in the front of your party and use Mean Look so he can't escape. Crobat is a very fast Pokemon, so he will go first with Mean Look before the Mesprit escapes. I've caught 3 of them that way. It does take awhile and have LOTS of balls with you... I always use Dusk Balls and catch them at night.

yes! i know this was a pain to me also! LOL. catch golbat that has mean look which is all of them. mean look prevents pokemon from escaping. or just toss a masterball but you might need that masterball later on for cresselia. cressellia is another poke that runs. but i suggest you just catch golbat.

Get a pokemon that has an ability that prevents from running or mean look. Also your pokemon has to be at least 100 to attack mesprit. Try to paralyze, sleep or freeze it. Never try to burn or poison it.

a million. bypass under jubilife city and up the ram then down (direction to city) till its good on good of you 2. DONT use the grasp ball you will sense sorry approximately it while theres strronger pokemon in the national dex
