a penny made without a mark indicates it was made in Philadelphia, PA. sorry to disappoint, but no, they are not unique or as the coin lovers like to say FIDO ( which stands for Freaks, Irregulars, Defects, Oddities)
Apparently, the only valuable FIDO penny made in the last 20 years has been a certain penny issued by the mint in San Francisco that lacked the mintmark of S on it.
This is taken from Wikipedia article on US Mints....
The P mintmark, discontinued after the war, reappeared in 1979 on the Anthony dollar. By 1982, it had appeared on every other regular-issue coin except the cent, which still bears no P mintmark. The circulating cents struck in the 1980s at San Francisco (except proofs) and West Point also bear no mintmark, as their facilities were used to supplement Philadelphia's production. Given the limited numbers produced at each facility, they might have been hoarded as collectibles

There are no mint marks on cents from the Philadelphia mint. In 1980 when the P mint mark was used on all coins and those after minted in Philadelphia, the powers to be left it off the cent. No cents have a P or had one. Your coins are the coins that are normal for the series. The person writing about the P mint mark during World War II made an error the mint mark was used on nickels that had silver in them, not cents.

RE:
pennies without a mint mark??
I have a few of them without mint marks. The dates range from 1984-1995. Are these just from Philly or are they worth some value?

If a US cent, regardless of the type, doesn't have a mintmark then it was struck at the US Mint's largest facility in Philadelphia. But, for a short period of time from 1973 through 1986, the West Point Mint also produced Lincoln cents for general circulation which bear no mint mark, making them indistinguishable from those produced at the Philadelphia Mint. As for the value, there's no premium for the regular no mintmark cents.
