I have been to all three. TJ is just a dirty border town. Tokyo is interesting but very expensive. Hong Kong has it all. Great food, Night life, shopping and interesting sites. Good transportation. Really hot clubs. a good place for a few days. Kind of like Vegas without the gambling.

Tokyo. I've been to Tijuana (used to live in San Diego) and it sucks. I'm a huge fan of Japanese culture so that's why I'd go there. Plus, I want to see how much better genuine Japanese sushi is than the stuff made in America.
