Ive already played both sims on this computer before, but I had to uninstall them at one point.

maybe your video card doesnt support it.
you could try uninstalling and then try again if tht doesnt work try asking a person at a game shop.
or you could see if the game has a book and read under the troubleshooting part.

There could be some kind of connection problem or some kind of problem internally and you have to fix the problem somehow. It could be some kind of virus or something on your computer not compatible with the game. Maybe you should have someone look at it and try again.
