Not that I want one world government to happen, but, could we ever have a peacefull one like hehe in Star Trek? And if so, could it happen in our lifetime?

There will never be a one world government ,but I do see a one world spirituality emerging some time after the World Teacher comes along and helps us build a new civilization. The personal name of this teacher is the lord Maitreya and he is the eldest brother and the first flower of the human evolution along with his brother the Buddha who embodies the wisdom aspect of God on this planet and Maitreya embodies the Love aspect.

No, not in our lifetime. It will happen one day but we have some ways to go. Like someone stated, we all have to unite
to begin with and we have to be more caring, considerate
and love one another first.
The Bible does mention that all the governments worldwide, will change and unite.
When God sends Jesus to rule, then we will all have one government.

Well I sure hope so. I see works like Eckhart Tolle's best seller, "A New Earth", as being the instrument for that change. It's in the library or on interlibrary loan. It's more people doing it. Test it out. Try all things, hold fast to what is fine.

Well the bible for tells of a time that we will indeed have one government, a heavenly one, Daniel 2:44 ; Revelation 21:3,4 ; Psalm 37:29. I hope this helps.

Nope, it's a fantasy. We are too diverse and greedy to voluntarily agree to a one world government. By force is another question completely...
