Mother Nature has her reasons why women go through a monthly cycle..Your boyfriend doesn't have to understand her reasons to be supportive of you during this time of the month.Tell your boyfriend the facts and ask him to be patient for the time frame(usually about seven days) that it takes. If he can't or won,t then I will seriously start to question his feelings. Are they for real and genuine, or built just on sexual attraction.Unless, he has been stranded on a far-flung planet devoid of any female human species, he can afford to wait and not give you a hard time. While there are no health issues involved in sexual contact during this period, it is not exactly something one would find appealing to engage in .If he truly loves you, there will be no problem with something you have no control over.

If you're having sex with your boyfriend and you can't tell him when you are having your period, then you two really aren't all that close or even ready for a sexual relationship. You need to be totally comfortable with eachother in all areas of life, then you can move on to more sexual things with eachother. It sounds like you went backwards in your relationship.

Just tell him. He won't care--especially if he has a sister. Guys like knowing all they can about girls and they talk about that kind of stuff around their own friends anyways.

You can use that time to actually get to know eachother, not just physically know eachother.

I hope you are on Birth Control. Do you know your most fertile days? I hope you know when you should not be doing "it" if you don't want to get pregnant. Better safe than sorry. Check out this website to help you know your most fertile days. http://mtbttc.tripod.com/fertile.htm

It has been my experience that the best policy in this case is always honesty. Tell him that you are interested and want to have sex, but the timing is bad due to your period. If you are really interested, you can always try other (non-intercourse) ways of having fun and tell him you can try in a few days. Lastly, you may want to ask if he is okay with doing it while you are on your period, but if it is your first time, I don't recommend this one.

Well, it depends on how comfortable you are with sexual activity during menstruation and how subservient you feel like being.

If you're into it, tell him to wrap it up and have lots of tissues handy. If your not, I'd suggest turning him down. If you don't, there may be other issues that you might like to address, like why you couldn't tell him no.

If YOU want to, you can have sex then. If you don't want to, tell him so, and why. If you two are old enough to have sex then he is old enough to deal with the fact that women DO have periods.
Either that or wait until your mature enough not to have to call it "your friend".

Some men don't mind this, others do. It can get messy, just use a towel or experiment in the shower. Hopefully you're adult enough to be able to discuss this with him, otherwise you probably shouldn't be having sex.

If you are old enough and mature enough to be having sex then surely you can tell him why you can't....otherwise you don't need to be having sex.

LOL, tell him and see what he says. If you don't mind and he doesn't mind, grab a towel and go for it although I'd prefer doing it in the shower ;)

Can't get embarrassed about it now since your "friend" is a regular visitor :)
