Employers DO NOT have to offer paid holidays. IF you work on a legal holiday they only have to pay you at least the hourly wage you would normally earn. In regards to overtime, some jobs are exempt from overtime laws.

Depends on what your employers policy is. There is no law that requires holiday pay and overtime pay is usually determined by your employer. Many employers do pay holiday pay because it keeps workers happy. If you are not happy with your job, find a new one.
