I think Congress and the Supreme Court would have something to say about that. It can't happen. Read the Constitution and you see that certain powers are clearly given to Congress and the Courts.

He already has. Look at the Scooter Libby cronyism and now he won't allow the aides to testify and cause any ridicule of Gonzales...More cronyism. What do you want? If you don't call this exercising dictatorial power you must be deaf and blind.

I wouldn't be surprised if he does. Hasn't he done that already though. He is doing what he wants with Iraq, spending all our money and letting our industry get exported to other countries. It is pretty sad to say when foreign countries own more of our country then our own citizens. Everything is going down the crapper and all he sees is Iraq.
