I think Congress and the Supreme Court would have something to say about that. It can't happen. Read the Constitution and you see that certain powers are clearly given to Congress and the Courts.

I wouldn't be surprised if he does. Hasn't he done that already though. He is doing what he wants with Iraq, spending all our money and letting our industry get exported to other countries. It is pretty sad to say when foreign countries own more of our country then our own citizens. Everything is going down the crapper and all he sees is Iraq.
