I have just had a bad experience with this company where they have said they have sent an item and I have not recieved it.
When I call them they ignore my calls and refuse to return messages I leave. I have paid for the item and now they say that I have to prove that I did not recieve it?????
Does anyone know how you prove you have not recieved an item????

Sounds like you are getting the real round-around.

Contact your local Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs - they'll be able to help and battle for you on your behalf. My experiences with them they've been great

I assume you are in Vic. Consumer Affairs Victoria http://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/CA256EB5000644CE/HomePage?ReadForm&1=Home~&2=~&3=~
