My 94 integra has really low compression. What can i do to change this?

i heard if you get a leak down test you can find the source of the low compression. Where can i have this done? Also, if they do find the source how much should i expect to pay. My car is VERY slow and has trouble driving up hills and what not. My friend has the same car and same year and his is WAY faster. Thanks!

If your compression is low you will need to have the rings rebuilt, that is where your problem is.
