engine has to do with under the hood, low tire pressure has nothing to do with the motor

low tire pressure can cause lower fuel mileage and faster tire wear but i dont think it should casue your engine to stutter and vibrate. try inflating them to the recomender psi. also put mid or high grade gasoline in your car that will make it run smoother and could possibly stop the vibrations if it is because of poor fuel combustion
