If he is convicted of a crime requiring a prison sentence, yes. If not, no. President Bush, like every other citizen of the United States, has the right to due process of law.

Do they ever end to think of until now posting such idiotic questions? If all count grow to be at a single element on the "commencing up of time" then exploding it into the void might in easy terms reason the destruction of what grow to be the "center of count" . No. Slapped silly, maybe. Put in prison? No. The reason you don't put the president in prison is that then any president who does something unpopular (that means every president) would be targetted for a prison sentence when their term ends. No one would do anythin at that point. I mean, who wants to risk prison because you ticked someone off while doing the toughest job in the world?

No. I don't particularly like this administration, but no to jail, no to impeachment, no to the useless investigations. He'll be gone soon enough. I just hope my fellow Americans vote better next time we have the chance. Let some private company investigate this administration when they leave. It will safe the taxpayers millions.
