Well, they usually go up at around eight weeks but they can and often do fall again when the puppy is teething so they may not go back up until after twelve weeks. Some take a bit longer and some give their owners heart attacks worrying about those ears! You can tape them up which sometimes helps them to stand. I use clear vinyl surgical tape and put a small piece in each ear. It works well and they leave the tape in most of the time. If the puppy's parents had good ears, chances are your puppy will good ears as well.

Between 8 and 12 weeks. The calcium/teething thing has nothing to do with ears. Ears are cartilidge, not bone! Some ears never stand, but that's not too common.

this depends on the pup and the teething as the calcium is used for the teeth growth the cartilage can get week and the ears can fall. Some never go up or one does and the other doesn't.
