I checked my credit report and it still shows a judgement. Will it stay on my credit for 10 years even though the judge reversed it in my favor?

Contact whichever company you checked your credit report from. You have a legal right to dispute anything that is on your report. You may need to show them a copy of the judgment, but after a short time, it should no longer show up. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.

If the judgment was reversed in your favor, send a copy of that judicial order to the credit reporting company and they will remove the entry.

Take a copy of your credit report, a copy of the judge's final order granting you a reversal of judgment and take it to the court clerk. The judgment should be removed from your record if the judge granted you a reversal.

It should be removed. Notify all 3 credit bureaus in writing that it should be removed from your records.
