Yes, I need to delete a few things from my mind... how to do it?

Think of something really nice that you like to think about. Whenever the thing that you want to forget pops into your mind force yourself to replace that thought with the good thought that you have already decided to think about. Take control of your own thoughts, you can do it. Another thing to do is to keep really busy with other stuff so you don't have time to think about crappy stuff.

You think about some thing because it is important to you or may be some day it was.

When you see that you are some one completely independet from what happen around you and you can continue your life without the event.

I believe best thin is time.Time will heal every thing.

Get wasted out of your mind.

Not really- just try to do other things to occupy your mind so you don't think about what's bothering you so much and pretty soon you'll forget.

Listen to some music. Try deep breathing, relaxation, exercise, think only positive thoughts, and most important of all, pray for strength. Have a great evening.

drugs and drinks...just kidding, these will make things worse. Occupy yourself for a while and spend some energy. ONce you have relaxed try to reflect and accept and let thngs go. This has to be done to move on.

do something that you love, or something that keeps your mind of it like active things. Try going to the gym, yoga, or thi chi it calms your worries and relaxes you. all and all do something that takes it off your mind.

uhm...well, if you thought about it seven times you're surely going to remember. Try doing mindless stuff or something. ;) Perhaps even watching the time slowly pass by cause that's when you're going to forget about it.

When I needed to do this I asked for God to help me, and he did help me to the point that I can no longer remember what it was that I wanted to forget!!!!!!!
