When he is gone, go do it yourself. And if he asks, tell him the lawn god did it.

You can't do any thing if the problem is in your neighbor yard. If it grows over or through your fence you may cut it off of your property. Unless you are in a fire prone area, you can't do anything.

I hate pesticides, but I would suggest an herbicide such as glyphosate (round up or Rodeo) because you do NOT want to touch poison oak/ivy. Make sure you follow the instructions and more is NOT better :).

If that fence is yours, you have to clean it if you don't want vines growing on it, even if the vines originate on his side. You know he'snot scattering weedseed; it's just nature taking its course, and apparently nature doesn't bother him like it does you. If the fence is his, he can do what he wants with it, unless the city goes after him for a real eyesore. But don't complain to the city if the fence is on your property or it could backfire.

on account which you reported which you and your neighbor proportion a "uncomplicated hallway" i think you reside in an house complicated/house. if so, you additionally can deliver an nameless letter /telephone call to the main administration place of work explaining your concerns. If all fail, the nice and cozy button is that weed is unlawful and using any unlawful drug is against the regulation. you are able to checklist them (anonymously as properly) to the police.

I have a neighbor like that. Round-Up works great. I've been using it along my fence line for years with no problems.

Plant worse weeds in your yard and strike back. Nothing like weeds of mass destruction to get your neighbor to fall into line.

I think you should just cut the part that is on your side and if he does not like it well just tell him that it was growing in your lawn and you didn't want it there!!!!
