and very very tierd but just cant sleep my my body feels alive and my mind just cant shut down.I have 3 other kids 18,13 and 3 and never had this before.I have tried massage and all that and just start to relax and my eyes just ping wide open then i end up readind all night.Just wondering if anyone has had this or has a solution please.Im 42 and getting about 3 hours sleep in 24 hrs.

I'd go to the doctors as I think it maybe stress related. This is not good as you really need to sleep now as you know what you have to go through for the rest of the pregnancy and the newborn.

When you pregnant and you cant sleep, you need to speak with your Dr. they may be able to prescribe you something to help you sleep. Being 42, diabetic and pregnant that can take a toll on your body. so i would suggest calling your Dr and letting them know your not able to sleep and I'm sure they can suggest something or prescribe something. good luck and Congrats.

gestational diabeties is not rare, but needs to be treated, also, lack of sleep is harmful to you and the baby due to added stresses. I'd go see the doc, and right away, to get some relief.
