I'd say about three minutes, it's all about controlling your movements, heart rate and controlling your stomach spasms and the urge to breathe. It's all in the control and how much you practice it.

Personal best static hold 7:07. Have not been really practicing seriously for a while. My latest static hold was 5:32. It's a sport like any thing else. It requires lots of dive time. Always practice with a trainer & a group.

A minute and a half is the best I can do.

Those people who go 3-4 minutes are incredible. I don;t understand how they do it.

Depends how big your lungs are? I'd say about 30-40 seconds.
