Too many people with limited land. The matter worsen when the Government planned to increase the population to 5 million by encourage more foreigners come to Singapore to solve the problem of aging population. However, these world highest pay Ministers seem to have overlook the problem of over population. It's seem that they don't have a win-win solution.

The large and growing population is outpacing the real estate market. Their are just to many people trying for the same rentals.
