Okay, so I have a few videos on my (mac) computer on iMovie. I've tried to upload them to YouTube twice in the last 4 months. Each time the same thing happens-it says it was succesful and will be uploaded shortly. 4 months later-it's still uploading. Or never did. Does YouTube not recognize iMovie or something? Or is it something about copyright issues? They are AMVs, but there's 10000s of them already so I didn't think it would be an issue.

I figured out a way to upload my videos faster; I use Sony Vegas Pro 11 and when I try uploading a video that isn't a .mp4...It takes days.
I can't find a .mov file. But .mp4 upload in less than 6 min if it's a short video.
Just try uploading .mov and .mp4 files. I'm sure I'll help.
AND I HAVE A CRAPPY INTERNET CONNECTION!

How long is the video? YouTube will only let you upload videos shorter than 10 minutes unless you're a YouTube Director.

Also, try exporting your videos to more standard formats, such as mpg.
