it was a different time in the seventies you can't really say what was the right or wrong way , i had the best childhood, strict but loving . i would say today it's a faster pace you try to make time , , more working mothers (not a bad thing for them and the children ) i believe this is harder now people want too much too soon , plus their are more dangers now so we can be the best we can be with what we have

when and if my wife has children (even though i'm scared of babies, and they gross me out) i'll allow them to have complete artistic independence, and allow them to think for themselves... not like my parents who had me in a damn suit all day trying to make me look like the picture of perfection...
