If he's new, just let him be for a few days. He can scavenge leavings from the fish food.

Also check water parameters to be sure everything is where it should be - temp 76-82o, salinity 1.024-1.026, ammonia & nitrite ideally 0, nitrate <20, pH 8.2-8.4.

Try feeding meaty foods - clams, mussels, squid, cockles, krill, etc. And keep an eye on them - they aren't reef safe and will eat small fish if the catch them (usually at night)!

u dont really need to do anything. if it turns white and is fuzzy and on its back then its dead, other than that it will move around very slowly and eat whatever is in the rocks. if its not on its back then its okay and just needs a rest.

What are you trying to feed it? They are not always moving, so if it isn't dead or falling apart, then there is not much you can do.
