ept said "pregnant", and so did the tests and the md office. however when the obgyn did the vaginal ultra sound, we couldn't see the yolk sack. i'm 5 weeks, which makes baby 3 weeks. he said it could either be too early to see the baby (he's had cases like this before), or it could be an ectopic pregnancy.

any experience with this?

thanks

If you've gotten been at the tablet for decades, there is little possibility that you are pregnant. You will have to be extra vigilent approximately making sure you're taking them whilst you are intended to and no longer "doubling up" - that is simply no longer a well proposal (and quite does not paintings adequately that approach). The nausea that you are feeling is virtually obviously one in every of 2 matters: a million) Your nerves, as you've gotten concerned your self into pondering you probably pregnant or two) You would truthfully have a contact of the flu. I do marvel - are you a hypochondriac? (no longer which means to be offensive, but when you're, you will have to appreciate those developments in your self so you do not fear approximately matters as a lot). I recognize you'll be able to consider greater once you have the experiment performed, however there is little possibility you are pregnant. Best of good fortune!!

Three weeks is kind of early. I wonder why he even bothered doing the u/s that early to begin with. Most wait until at least 7 weeks. Did they do a blood test? That should tell you a little more info. Good luck.

It's too early to see anything. They'll probably schedule you for an ultrasound around 7 weeks, they'll be able to see everything then and a heartbeat as well.

The earliest I had an ultrasound was around 7 weeks, and it was sort of hard to see. I can only imagine how hard it is at 5 weeks.

My doctor had trouble at 8 weeks, trying to find the yolk sack.

It's too early.

Good luck.

Too early to see the sac. I had my first scan at 1 month and they couldn't see anything.

its not always easy too see the sack this early in pregnancy. Have they tested your hormone level to rule out eptopic?
