I read the so called mission. not once did it say topple sadamn. it did say something about finding wmds though

Maybe you need the dictionary.

Mission Accomplished means just that. That specific mission is accomplished. The mission was to topple Saddam. Mission accomplished!

The banner did not read "War on Terror Won."

UPDATE - If you've read the Mission, then please feel free to cite it so we can all admire about what an excellent question this is.

Maybe we could purchase an extra one for you. You could look up the definition of respect......it's President Bush. The "da chimpster" comment makes you sound a bit childish. So happy you're not seeking respect with this question, because you won't get it!!!
