Why yes i most certainly do lady angel...
I start with a bike ride and then free weights at times...
And i seem to be doing an aweful lot of push -ups as of late...
Along with squat thrusts and the old push -n - pull ...
Seems i am coming along just fine...

I do a workout four times a week, split routine and have been doing this for a lot of years now, mind you as the years pile on it slows us down and have had to modify the intensity. Done alright in this field, became quite well known throughout the globe. Hope this helps with your curiosity.

Everyday. I teach dance part-time, so that's 3 days a week that I'm getting paid to work out. However, the other 4 I am either working on choreography, playing tennis or sand volleyball. I can't stand gyms, so I just stay as active as possible and that's my workout.

I exercise everyday! I walk/jog/run 4 miles everyday! Also a lot of times I'll be doing crunches about 50-100 before bed! Yay! I love exercising... no I'm not a freak... =]

play any sport i can and stay away from the ones im bad at.. lol.. but other then that whenever you feel unhealthy go for a run (which i do every day in the morning before work) and youll start your day great... other then that my abs are my concentration and after that ill try to build my arms up.. i dont want to get ahead of myself and end up with a big gut.. skinny legs and big arms.. an all around body, gets me around! ;P

No, but I'm starting.
I just run a mile or two on my treadmill.Then do some crunches and some push ups. Some times I just go out to the wildlife refuge and take a walk.

I have to... usually I'm on the exercise bike for an hour or so, and then I go out and do stretches before killing myself with as many sit-ups and push-ups I can manage. After that I hit the punchbag for half an hour, and then run for half an hour. Sometimes I walk fast, but usually I'm running uphill. My job requires me to be physically ready to run away from an exploding volcano as fast as possible.

Yes, I do
I teach color guard in the summers so I don't want to look like a slob in shorts during the summer.
I use the large ball(crunches), 2&5 lb weights and walking

I rollerblade on a trail 21-30 miles a pop, 3 days a week.
I lift free weights at home every 3rd day.

I walk 30 minutes a day on the treadmill. Not a lot but, I also clean houses for a living so, I think I get enough exercise...:)
