I am lightskinned, and I have met some guys that have told me that they would never talk to me becuase I was lightskinned and that meant that I was stuck up! I've even had females say that they felt that we were stuck up too!
I feel that people categorize us and the stereotype is so untrue!!!

To decide that you're stuck-up because you're lightskinned is as racist as some white person deciding that some black person is automatically a hoodlum.
They are the stuck-up ones, not you!

what?..u met a man that said he wouldnt talk to u cuz u were lightskinned..where im from, its usually they only talk to u cuz u have light skin..but it may appear that u guys are stuck up because ur more accepted and get all of the men..but my sister is light skinned..((half rican n black)) and thats not the case with her..but i know a couple who are conceited due to the fact of how many guys like them..

I'm "yellow" and that just pisses me off. The only reason I'm bright is because I have Native American and my grandmother is bright so my mom is bright so I'm bright. I am hated by Dark skinned black girls. Not all though. So I mostly stick with the ones that don't hate me,white people and bright girls.

no i dont htink so, and ill bet you my irish skin is lighter that yours!! but im guessing your from an asian country, where white is seen as beautiful, come to the west where your honey glow will be seen as the most fabulous ta ever, people are just soo dumb and if someone is judgeing you on your skin colour there just silly.
