Get down on your knees and cry like a baby and mean it all the way down to the last teardrop. Did I mention doing this on national tv would be excellent, along with some jewelry, flowers, a vacation perhaps? How sorry we talkin'?

saying sorry never stops the pain or takes it away, but it does help ease it somewhat. i think say it from your heart and mean it sincerely with emotion the other person can see. as long as the emotion is there too many words are not needed and however you say don't make any excuses. (i know what has happened cannot be undone but please forgive me for the mistake. i am sorry and deeply regretful.)-add more or say less. key think is sincerity and emotion

I had to apologize to my cousin this morning for not making it to her wedding
and I was the only family member that was
going I felt sooo bad but had gotten a really bad virus and couldn't make it....
I know sorry is never enough and I felt rotten for not going but I had a high fever of

~Sorry~ write it down in a letter, sorry and everything else you want to say - hand it to the person, say Im sorry and leave them with the letter - they can re read it and be alone for a while to contemplate your words. Good luck

some times sorry just isn't enough if it is something that keeps happening and you keep saying your sorry It really doesn't mean much if the sorry comes and the same behavior is displayed again and again

saying your sorry is best done through actions not words. try to say your sorry in a way she/he knows that you are sincere and in a vulnerable position for rejection. do something out of the ordinary, something that is beyond words.

Write in a note / letter why you're so sorry... & put it in with a bunch of her favorite flowers & give to the person you're sorry to. (Make sense?)
If it's a "manly man" then make sure it's just a note & put it in with a pack of his favorite beer (or Mt. Dew) or ???
