when my internet explorer is loading it takes a very long time. then my computer freezes. i dont know what to do. but the virus is gone.

what should i do?? how do i delete the virus completely and get my computer back to normal??

This sounds more like a Spyware/Malware problem - your computer could be trying to send information (that you DON'T know about) every time you connect to the Internet...

It could even be a memory problem - if you have too many other programs running (including anti-virus programs/firewalls), then your system would grind to a halt (and freeze up)

If it's still affecting your computer, then the virus is not gone. Viruses can make you think you got rid of them but really they just changed their name and moved elsewhere.

The virus is not gone; your problem remains.

You may try to update the Microsoft security updates and this may help but the bug is still there.
