oatmeal
jelly & butter sandwhich
a brownie
a few bites of apllesauce
some brocli (i dont know how to spell that)
and a few bites of fried rice and chow mein
is that a lot? because it really feels like it, i not eating for the rest of today!

Its hard to say if its a lot cause of portions. All at once I'm sure you will feel full. I wouldn't worry about it to much. Eat a light meal later, its not good to go the rest of the day without eating.

Slow it down, babe! Yes, you really did eat a lot of food. Make sure that when you eat you only eat small portions...doctors will tell you to eat six small meals a day, not three huge ones.

maybe you're bloated. what did you drink? sometimes if you drink coke or beer or a whole lot of water, you can feel full. but hey, you're eating very healthy, nothing to worry about there!

depends on the amout. but it doesnt seem like alot to me.. just that you're eating alot of bread. try eating more fruits instead of alot of breads. well good luck

no not at all most of it eems healthy so don't worry about it, i ate waffles, a couple mini doughnuts, and a pack of mini muffins and am having a chicken breast for dinner

yea, you ate a lot of carbohydrates and heavy food. you should add in more fruits and veggies to your diet
