I bought a vintage wall hanging (cotton or linen) at an estate sale and it appears to have a water stain on it. I tried dish soap, dry cleaning spray, and oxi clean. I don't want to take it off it's frame. Anything else I should try? See flickr photo: http://www.flickr.com/photos/7758569@N04/764505936/

If it's vintage, you need to find a professional to clean it and by that I don't mean a dry cleaner. I'm talking those who handle fine oriental rug cleaning. You may already have done considerable damage with the chemicals you have used. Call your local oriental dealer and get an estimate.
