Okay, I do agree with the Mane n' Tail horse shampoo...it's great.

I personally use Garnier Fructise though. It's been the only shampoo that has smoothed my hair out and helped it grow.

Here's the deal - I have always used ordinary shower soap on my hair while I'm in the shower. Once, after a shower, I went to the barber shop and the barber asked what I used on my hair because it was in fantastic shape. I told her I used ordinary shower soap but I rinsed it 4 or 5 times after I lathered it twice. She said if it works then do it but the real secret is that you get it clean and thoroughly rinse out the soap. So I have never changed and my hair is about the same as it was 30 years ago.

I usually have to use the inexpensive brands because my boyfriend is cheap and does not see the importance of a good shampoo.

Aussie Brand is good. Or get one of the salon shampoos, like Paul Mitchell, etc.

Mane n Tail. Its a white bottle with a horse on it. Its for horses but I know so many people who use it and get great results. You can find it at any hair retail store.
