Lol, no but seriously. We've gotten lazy and video games, TV, and computers have replaced our workout routines. Sad, I know.

Junk food is the best tasting and visual appealing type of food. Most people are not going to be disciplined to have a proper diet. I also think that people work too much nowadays. Its like you need a dual income household to pay your rent. So after working long hours no one wants to sit in the kitchen cooking up something healthy when they can get fast food or just put a tv dinner in their microwave.

Video games and computers. Didn't have either when I was growing up - and I'm only 39 - and there weren't nearly that many obese people. Also, the all-you-can-eat buffets don't help. I can't walk in there. Each time I think I've seen it all, I see someone so morbidly obese I have to force myself not to stare.

because they have gotten lazy. We don't have to do anything, anymore. There is at lest two or more fast food restaurants on almost every busy corner in every town. It's just easier to eat out then having to grocery shopping then go home and cook it. And there is just too much for kids to do inside reather then out side. They video games, computers. And the parents just don't make them.
