I have tanned white skin, green-blue eyes, and long, black, fairly thick lashes. Also, I have golden-brown hair.
My lips aren't very full, so I was thinking to accentuate my eyes...

Thats a good idea! But, no, I think that you should try an eyelash curler first. Try Maybelline's curler for 4$ at Target. Or you could try Maybelline Full Lash mascara. waterproof, full, natural looking, enhances.
OR you could try Sally Hansen plumping lip gloss. If you do this, sweep a little bronzer (try Cover Girl golden tan) onto your eyelids to play them up, too.

I would say sure.....in this day and age you can't get your eye lashes too thick and long(unless it's a clumpy mess) I would reccomend you keep it light, as you have a light complexion and green eyes.....maybe even a clear mascara. They costs more, but are a great way to tame the beautiful lashes you already have without adding too much color to your natural lashes.....if you can't find clear, try something light...even a light green can work depending on your eye makesup scheme.

Try using an eyelash curler. They can make your eyes open up without having to use mascara.
If you do decide to use mascara still, apply it after curling for a great effect. But dont over do it, or your lashes will look like clumpy spider legs!
You could always try clear mascara too. Play around with different products, youll find something you really like!

Sure your eyes sound beautiful. So don't overly make them up & yes you should wear mascara. I'm very fair with blue eyes. I wear white shadow from the lid to brow & brown in the crease, a little brown liner on upper lid & white liner on the lower lid, then I finish with mascara. That way you get to see my pretty blue eyes & not my make-up. I think that would be really pretty on you. Good luck. 2D

I say yes, I love mascara because it really opens my eyes up! Try Maybelline Full 'n Soft or Cover Girl Lash Exact or Volume Exact, I love those and they are cheap, less than $10.

okay yeah u shud wear mascara it would look good but dont use black use brown ! it doesnt look brown when u apply it but it isnt as dark either, i use it and by what u hav said i hav lashes like urs, u can find it anywhere like walgreens and places. if it doesnt work for u.....srry. i tried. hav fun ! lol

Why not?!You can also try a liquid eyeliner!You can make your lips look more fleshy using a light pink lipliner and then use your lipstick (and your lipgloss if you want a more juisy result)

sure! u can also use eyeliner and some eyeshadow matters if u want to go for the natural or the smokey look... no matter what u do ull look beautiful cuz of ur features :)

and definetly wear mascara its essential and one of the basics of make-up.
