Your wording is unclear, but I'll try.
Women have the right to be in any profession which matches the individual woman's skill and temperment. Years ago you rarely saw women directing films; now there are a few. Is there any reason why a woman shouldn't direct a film?
In jobs that require great physical strength, such as being a firefighter or a construction worker, most women wouldn't qualify, but some would. Why deprive those jobs to those few women who could do those jobs?
