I've been there, done that. It all traced back to being everyone's fault. What was the point, when all were to blame?

It depends on what it is. But most generally I do! That way I know how to do it correctly the next time! Or not to make the same mistake!

If it went wrong, it's because it was wrong....I don't look back or try to fix it once I have declared I am done.
