Crest I guss they are the most expensive kind I think though but everybody uses it and their teeth arn't rotting out yet. I use a water pick just like the densist cleans your teeth with. You just hook it up to your faucet it works great. It is made by oral B Dont forget to floss.

I found this one called Crest Vivid White it`s not real expensive like some of the whitening toothpastes, but works real well

Definitely works, it felt weird at first because rubbing toothpaste on your nipples isn't normal but the feelings that followed were just magical...
