Is your contact information private? If not, you should make it private. If yes, then one of your contacts is probably the stalker.

Darth Cheney in all his ancient wisdom, and many years of eating cookies, is correct--- the stalker is most likely someone you know or was formerly close to you.
Check your computer for any spy-ware or malicious software that is allowing a foreign user to read your email. This may be how they know your account info, password etc.
If it is on Yahoo, you can make your profile private and lock people from joining your contact. (no fans) Then make your Q&A private and your contact list private. You will be in control of who you have contact with, and you will still receive notices when your contact stars questions or post questions.
The most extreme thing you can do is what I have had to do in the past. Wipe my laptop completely and reinstall. Set up a new Y!A account and heneforth very wary of people that become my fan or contact me. I screen them like a hawk.
That's right Lord Vader --- FEEL HONORED to be on my contact list. Here's a cookie!!!

My child. Contact the site administrator and have your points transferred to another account. It's the only method you can lose the link you currently have. After that, change your avatar and name. Good luck.
Also your computer may be infected with a virus or other spyware. At most, backup your files and reinstall OS.

Purchase an anti virus program like McAfee or Norton. Scan & delete the virus or spyware.
Only open email from people you know. Stay away from shady web sites, porn, gambling, free things, etc.
