As a hardcore Dolphins fan from California myself, I was at the last game held between the two in Miami in December 2002, and there were many Raiders clad fans there. As long as you are not obnoxious, don't try to fight, and keep your language relatively clean there will be no problem at all.
As for where you should sit, well whereever you can get a seat is the best thing, but likely you would be better off if you can get seats on the south side(home) because the sun beats down much harder on the north side. But generally for getting direct tickets(not through the scalpers), you generally end up somewhere in the top 10 rows of the upper deck between the 10 and the end-line on the visitor's side.
There is no public transportation to the stadium. So you probably have to drive. As for a flight it is better to fly into Ft. Lauderdale instead of Miami International. Now onto getting to the stadium the best way on the Palmetto Expressway, highway 826, taking the 27th ave exit.

I don't think you have to worry as Dolphin fans are not that bad. This is not Philadelphia or Oakland for that matter. Those fans would kill you for wearing another teams jersey to a game. Just have fun. As a Raiders fan try and sit on the Raiders side.

Best suggestion is to constantly apologize for the time your friend peed on a Dolphin fan that time at the Raider's stadium. Make sure to loudly announce that your friend next to you was the one that did it...
ok... kidding aside, just enjoy the game, root for your team, and don't be a jerk by drawing attention to the fact that you're a raider fan... just have fun cheering your team on. If the raiders are kicking tail, don't be obnoxious about it... just be happy.

You can wear the jersey. I've been to many games wearing my team jersey in the opposing team's stadium. The only stadiums you wouldn't want to do that in is in Phily (those fans are nuts) or if it is a very intense rivalry team (which Miami and Oakland are not). Almost everyone is cool about it. There might be one or two that say something, but just remind them that you are just representing your team (that's respectible). More people will want to talk to you if your team is losing in an away stadium (to humilate you), but it's a good feeling when your team is going to win (everyone is quite and don't want you to say anything to them).
As for Miami's stadium, having never been there, I can't say much. I can say in the 15 stadiums I have been to, there is parking (normally a 5-10 fee). You should sit where you can afford to sit: top deck for those who want to save money, middle is normally good for viewing and enjoyment, front row are for the insame radical fans who can't get enough of their team, normally side views are better than endzone, 20 yard lines are just as good as 50, etc.
Remember that there are police and staff there to protect you and you can get people thrown out if they threaten you or try to hurt you. If you buy a ticket, you have just as much right to be there as anyone else. Being in a group, you should be confident and proud of your team still. Be respectful of those around, but you don't have to be afraid to watch your team.
Having said that, it is good to avoid the nose bleed section if you can. I went to a Bengals game on a Monday night, and it causes the game to be less enjoyable.

dont worry people always say u get hurt if u wear the other teams jersey but, it never happens, there is too much security. Also, look up the stadium, some have parking lots where u can just walk to the enterance, while others u park somewhere and they provide transportation to the stadium.
